Gent house proposal is located in Auchtermuchty at a derelict gas works site. The site required various ground remediation works due to the historic nature of the land. SK/AD were instructed on this private project to propose a large, modern and sustainable family dwelling which would make the most of the rural views and accommodate large family gatherings. The design has three key components which are linked by a private courtyard and reduced circulation.
